Joe, I wonder how many others of us are also researching Powers (le Poer) along with Lucas? My gg grandfather and mother were Anthony Andrew Powers, 3/17/1835, Co. Cork, and Elizabeth A. (Anna?) Lucas, 3/11/1840, Greene Co., OH. Anthony's parents were John C. Powers and Margaret W. Nash and Elizabeth's parents were John R. Lucas, Jr. and Mary Burrell (Burwell?). John R. Lucas Jr's parents were John Lucas and Frances Rains, while John Powers' parents were Edward Powers and Mary Wright. Any help here for you? Is there any help you can grant me? Willing to share.
