Our G.G.Grandfather Abraham LUCAS(born Oct 1828 in PA, possibly Fayette CO)moved to Indiana when he was a child with his parents, they died in Indiana. He might have been raised by another family. He married Mary GOLDSBERRY in 1854. Possible brothers of Abraham are Samuel LUCAS (born about 1827 in Fayette Co.PA)(Samuel stayed in IN) and Jacob LUCAS(born about 1824 in PA) We believe that all Abraham's children were born in Indiana. In 1865 the family moved to Muscatine IA, then to Howard Co, IA, and then back to Muscatine Co, IA. Where Abraham died Oct.1915. Names of their children are: Emma LUCAS born 1856 (m. Joseph HUBER) Susan LUCAS born 1859 in Tippicanoe Co. IN(m.George BLY in 1881 in Howard Co, IA). William LUCAS born 1861(m. May BLY) Samuel LUCAS born ?(m. Minnie O'BRIEN) Henry LUCAS born ?
