Robert Coontz: I looked in the Lucas Family Book by Anabel Kemp and Henderson is on page 104 and matches nicely. Henderson fifth child of Basil and Elizabeth Brashears Lucas, born in Berkeley Co, Va in 1793. Married in that county 12 May 1831 to Maria Buckles b 29 Jly 1803, d Berkeley Co, Va 20 July 1839. She was bur near her parents Abraham and Elizabeth Buckles in Zion Baptist Church Cem, Jefferson Co, W Va. Abraham and Elizabeth had other children, Aaron, Ephraim, Phoebe, Elizabeth Ann, Mary H, and Sarah. I'll dig a little deeper for the item no (2) regarding John (1820) disappearing. Henderson's lineage is...Basel (4), Thomas (3), Charles (2), and Thomas (1). I will be more than happy to search more on specific questions if the answers can be found in Kemps book.
