Hi - I'm new to the list and have only one LUCAS ancestor - Sarah Lucas who married John Gass/Gess in Albemarle Co. VA in the early 1770s. They eventually moved to Kentucky. They had the following children - John (1774), James, Nancy, Sarah/Sally (1785), Elizabeth and Jemima, Thomas, Susannah, William (1793) and Mary (Polly) GESS. The only further information about Sarah LUCAS was that she was born in Scotland (that from the family bible). Any bells ringing? Tiffany G.
