Anabelle Kemp's book lists an Amanda E. Lucas b Ohio 1832. Her brothers and sisters were: James Robert, Milton, (Amanda E.), Richard B., Samuel Latta, and Edith Lucas. Amanda's parents were Samuel b 1801 Pa and Charity Garnigan b 1808 Oh. Kemp mentions this family was in Highland Co, Oh and then in Ross Co, Oh by 1860 where they are listed in the Ohio State Census in Concord Twp, near the village of Austin.
