    2. Dear Alma: I am posting this to the list as well as to you personally, because many of the names are the same and the time period is close, and the state is the same. However, I couldn't find an exact match. But this is interesting so I will post the section exactly as it's in the book. On page 400 is the following and is listing the children of Rev. Oscar Madison Lucas b 31 Oct 1838 Alabama: _________________________ Minister in Arkansas for 25 years; he was educated at Mt Home in Baxter Co, Ark. 10 children -- 3 by 1st marriage, 7 by 2nd marriage: G1-Harvey Robinson Lucas b in Cullman Co, Alabama 6 Oct 1866, d 11 Aug 1936; bur in Pine Bluffs, Fulton Co, Ark. He was a well known judge in Pine Bluffs for 30 yrs; mar. 2 children -- both died in infancy. G2-Edwin Lamar Lucas b Viola, Fulton Co, Ark 16 Oct 1869, d 15 May 1915 in Tishomingo, Johnson Co, Okla, where he is bur; mar in Star City, Ark 16 Jan 1898 by his father the Rev. Oscar M. Lucas to Berite Belle Tarver b 1880. He was a lawyer by profession, also a newspaper man, and was elected to the House of Representatives for the State of Ark. 4 children: H1-Edwin Lamar Lucas, Jr. b 8 NOv 1898, d 4 July 1931; mar Ruth Bradley. 2 sons: I1-Edwin Lamar Lucas the 3rd, who d Jan 1951. I2-Kenneth Edwin Lucas. H2-Harvey Oscar Lucas
