Looking to bridge the Atlantic to Suffolk County, England and tie Thomas Lucas married Dorothy ___ in the 1660's(?). Thomas is the one listed in Anabell Kemp's "Lucas" genealogy (Chapter 5), published 1975, Hollywood, CA. He came to the colonies around the mid to later 1600's, but does not tie into any England Lucas's mentioned in Chapter 1. It is assumed that he came from the Suffolk Co Lucas line, by family tradition. However, there is nothing in the book that connects him to a particular line that goes back to the Solicitor General of the 1400's and then back to the Lucas of 1180. Can anyone help? Eric A.
