    3. Joann: I have been checking the possibility that my Robinson Lucas born about 1750, living in Monongalia Co. VA by 1770, and dying before 1816 in Brown Co. OH was somehow connected to the Lucas family in Accomack Co. VA as there was a Robinson Lucas who died there in 1850. Your note raises the possibility that my Robinson was in Worcester Co. MD rather than Accomack Co. VA. There was also one (or more) Robinson Lucas living in Fayette Co. PA about this time. Solomon was a common given name in the Accomack family, also. In addition to that below the FCC response is the communication fron Genhelp. So everybody is on the same page. > I just stumbled across the answer to this one so I figured I'd respond, not that you were up sleepless nights wondering. I copied the following from the FCC web site: >>>In December 1996, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requested public comment on issues relating to the charges that Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and similar companies pay to local telephone companies. On May 7, 1997, the FCC decided to leave the existing rate structure in place. In other words, the FCC decided not to allow local telephone companies to impose per-minute access charged on ISPs. He was probably born about 1842 (don't know where) because he had a son, Frank Edward Lucas born about 1864 who died about 1945. I don't know where Frank Edward was born, at some point in his life he was living in Cleveland, Ohio where he owned a bycicle shop. Frank Edward Lucas married Caroline Gunther who died about 1927. Their known children were Harvey John Lucas Sr, Edward, Grace and Oliver. Harvey Jr was b. April 19 1918 and lived in the area around Akron, OH. Anyone have info about this family? 2. Terri L. Lucas
    3. Ladies and Gentlemen: I wanted to wish all of the subscribers of the Lucas List a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. It has been a busy last part of the year for me. Since graduating from college in July, I started to work 3 weeks later. I have been working 40-50 hours per week as a Paralegal for a major corporation. I got engaged, to the same guy that I have dating for 6 years. I found more cousins, on the internet. I did some research while out of town during Thanksgiving. I saw some Lucas family members and got more information. I will try to post what I have this weekend. MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
