They are kept with the Branch who applied for the UE certification. We also are very interested in the final proof that our Cousin from Vancouver Branch used. At one time I also asked the Vancouver Branch for the final proof and I was told that the person who submitted the works did not want to share with others. Sister, Margaret, even contacted the person who submitted the application. Her answer, she could not remember. We are still taking a look at this situation.
