Someone was looking for information on a church that was located in Frederick County, MD, Apple Church Road. I live in Frederick Co. and went there today to investigate. Here is what I found The church is called Apples United Church of Christ built April 12, 1826. The current pastor is Jan Ports. I found gravestones for the following Loys I also have pictures of the church and these gravestones if you want them email me and I will gladly send them. Mary Loy wife of Daniel S. Loy died Nov 15 1880 age 65 years 9 months and 3 days. Daniel S. Loy his grave was beside Mary's his grave stone was so weather it was unreadable except for his name. Also 3 rows behind these two graves were 4 more Loy graves Nora M Loy, May 8 1873 the stone had been broken in half and repaired so the death month was a bit unreadable, it look like July the day 27 and 1948. Mattie C. Loy wife of Calvin W. Loy. died Feb 11, 1927 age 65 and 2 months Calvin W. Loy, died May 23 , 1922, age 81 years 7 months and 22 days Sarah E. Loy wife of Calvin W. Loy, died March 12, 1883 age 40 years and 2 months. Barbara
