LOY FAMILY Item #553426513 There was an Andrew Loy in Dauphin or Lebanon county at that point (fl. 1800-1810). There was probably more than one generation with the name. There was an Andrew Loy also in Hampshire County Virginia/West Virginia - John Loy's line through son of Daniel and Christina Millslagle. That Andrew would have been born 1780 - 1790.
