Dear Margaret: I was horrified when I read Robin Woodward's crude letter addressed to you! Please do not feel that he/she represents the rest of the Loy family in any way. From the response his/her letter generated, he/she should be the one to unsubscribe to the Loy family site. I, too, am LDS and am following the Loys with great anticipation. I just recently found this connection in my Southern family and had no idea that any of my ancestors could have been part of the Mormon saga in Illinois and on through to Utah. It is exciting, to say the least! My ancestors are Louisa Loy [DeArmond] (of Marshall County, Alabama), daughter of George Loy Jr., son of George Loy Sr., son of Martin Loy of German descent.
