    3. Happy New Year everyone! I am sending a link that seems quite interesting. I was sent a "form" of the link via Everton's daily email this morning regarding German migration to Brazil, got curious if the site included others, so upon taking off the "Brazil level" found the site covers the whole world of German migration. The link I've given is from Germany to the USA, but if anyone wants to explore German migration to other countries, just take off the "usa.html" part. http://www.genealogienetz.de/gene/reg/WELT/usa.html Focusing on the Loys (i.e. Martin Loy's origin) I found the link about the Rheinland-Pfalz (also known as "Rheinbayren") really good. [http://www.genealogienetz.de/gene/reg/RHE-PFA/rhein-p.html] It mentions of Heidelberg being the capital until the 18th century. This agrees with our tradition that Martin lived near Heidelberg. The above link gives the history of the Rheinland-Pfalz, all of which can be found by going to the first link I mentioned, but I'm giving each of the three separate to make it easier to find. http://www.genealogienetz.de/gene/reg/RHE-PFA/rhein-p-his.html#top Delores
