    3. George, What dates do you have for Martin Loy of Knox Co.? I've never run across any by that name in that area, unless he was born after the 1920 census. Could you tell us your wife's ancestry, such as her name, her father's name, grandfathers name, etc., along with dates if possible. Then, we might be able to narrow it down. Delores Martin Loy came to this country fro Germany on the ship St. Mark to Philladelphia sept 26 1741 then to Christianburg Virginia then dec 31 1755 purchased land on south bank of Great Alamanoe Creek Orange now Alance co NC his will was probated there July 15 1777. His relatives settled in Knox county TN. Hope this Helps.
