Hello Teddy. I have a Jacob LOY b:1804 in Frederick Co., VA marrying an Elizabeth BECKETT. But I have his parent's as Conrad & Catherine HANNUM-LOY. I have no children listed for Jacob & Elizabeth though. Like I have said before. I am only researching all these other LOY families trying to find my family connection. So far I have a Mathias b:@1790 in Germany who had a son named Jacob who married a Martha J. RAPESMYDER. They were born in PA. And settled in Newville, Cumberland Co., PA.
