I already know quite a bit about the Albrights. All I know about the Loys is that Martin Loy came to PA from Germany aboard the St. Mark in 1741. He moved his family to NC at some point. George Loy appears in the early tax records for 1779. And that is where Catherine Loy marries Daniel Albright. I saw a reference that Martin Loy's father may have been a Johannes Laye. It also seems unclear whether they came from Germany or Switzerland? Anyway, that's about all I know of the Loys. Do you know anything about Martin Loy's wife, Catherine Faust? I haven't had much luck tracing her. I've had better luck tracing the family of Catherine Tillman who married George Loy. Janine
