If the marriage was performed in Maryland or Delaware, you may be able to check Barrett's Chapel (the Methodist archives for this area) at http://www.barrattschapel.org/ It is possible also, since no one seems to want to give details....maybe they were not married. Also, just googled the name and among several pages, one was at Ancestry. ( http://records.ancestry.com/Ceecye_Mystel_records.ashx?pid=65364536) If you don't have an account (I currently do not), most libraries have access if you have a library card.
