    1. Re: [LDR] TAYLOR of Sharptown
    2. Somerset Orphans Court Records (Donald V. Heise) show that in 1834 John B. Taylor and Isaac Taylor were sureties for orphans of James Bennett (appointed guardian Elizabeth Bennett). Somerset Wills (Neil and Leslie Keddie), 1865 will of Isaac K. Wright, shows that he (Isaac) left land "Neighbor's Forewarning" adjoining the lands of John Wright, John B. Taylor, Richard P. Darby and Thomas B. Taylor. John B. Taylor also, in 1843 (Keddie) witnessed the will of Polly Cooper. Perhaps looking at some of these other people might lead you to your John. Also, many of the people around there seem to have wandered often back and forth to Little Creek Hundred, DE, where there were also a lot of Taylor families. Married Mary Walker and her sister Priscilla Walker. Had children Josephus A, Sophronia Jane, Loretta Ann, John Edwin, and Mary Alice. Any clues would be helpful.
