Here in Baltimore Hundred, Delaware. Had some scary moments with windows shaking but made out well. We were blessed. Lost a large branch from the tree and had some flooding in the yard and shed but house looks good this morning. Joan In a message dated 10/30/2012 10:06:46 A.M. I'm so glad you didn't have any major problems. Still trying to figure out a time to get over to Fenwick Island, DE. I hope it stood up! According to WBOC TV, as of this afternoon, Fenwick Is. is flooded and NO ONE is allowed in. All residents were ordered to evacuate. Everyone has to wait until the waters receed and to be allowed to return to their homes and businesses. Salisbury, MD survived with minimal damage and very few power outages, lots of rain and wind, but NOTHING like along the coast. Cabin fever is a concern right now. We're looking forward to Wed. with a chance of a little sunshine. :-) >From Barbara in Salisbury, MD --- On Tue, 10/30/12, Joni Rabena <joni@mcburney.ca> wrote: From: Joni Rabena <joni@mcburney.ca> Subject: Re: [LDR] Sandy To: lower-delmarva-roots@rootsweb.com Date: Tuesday, October 30, 2012, 3:23 PM I'm so glad you didn't have any major problems.
