Teresa, from the MdLandRec home page, go to plats.net, pick Somerset County, then Somerset Co. Land Surveys, Subdivisions & Condo Plats. Select "advanced search". Enter 1730 in the date field and Parrish in the description field and voila!! This works well for most Somerset County patents, can't speak to other counties but I assume the process works just as well. You can use a name also in the description field, whatever info you have. And if you just enter a year, you'll get a list of every one from that year and you can browse them. Happy Hunting......... Lynne Rentschler
