I have some leads but not absolutes! In the will of Eli Rickards 1832, he leaves his property to Wife Rachel, sons William, Job, James, Isaac, Stephen, Kendel and daughters Hannah & Mary. In the census of 1860, Isaac 54 is listed w/Mariah 54 & Charles 30 & Mary 1 also Hiram 30, Sarah 24, Annalis 3.( Hiram, Sarah & Annalis are in a different household in 1870) In the 1870 census, Isaac 64, wife Mariah 64, Charles 39, Mary 11 are ahown. Since Kendel would have been 44 in 1860 & Stephen 46, & all living in Balt. Hun, Sussex Co., De, this may point to them being brothers.     I hope this will help you find more about Isaac.
