Some people on Ancestry have Silas Ford (cir 1813-1895) listed as a son of Rev. Samuel Ford (1774-1847). Samuel Ford left a detailed will and never mentioned Silas so I doubt if this is correct. However, I think they were related because of DNA matches I am getting with Silas descendants. Does anyone have any insight into the identity of the parents of Silas?
