There are some BennettsBennits in the Talbot index to wills book. 1. Mary Bennet(t) (Benet), widow, (liber/folio) 19-876, date 1729 2. Peter Ben(n)ett, planter, (liber/folio) 19-677, date1729 3. Thomas Bennett, planter, (liber/folio) 18-539, date 1726 4. Thomas Bennitt, Tred Avon, (liber/folio) 3-655, date1704 There are several also in the Dorchester Tombstone records, but they are all more recent. (1800s and more recent). I will list them all if you want, but none of them would have fit the dates for the ones you are looking for.
