It's a great site, if they have newspapers in the area and time period you are researching. I found a series of ads in the 1790s in Norfolk VA that showed one of my ancestors was an itinerant dentist, going from town to town and advertising for patients. I also found a number of articles about my father's achievements in high school and college in San antonio Texas in the 1930s, one of which described his costume on a float in a parade.
