Delaware did not keep birth records on the state level until 1915 (or 1913, cannot remember specifically). You would be more likely to find information at the church which they attended, if at all (if info, not if church attendance). I don't know what local newspapers existed then, what they may or may not have printed with regard to birth notices or whether they still exist (I actually know very little about anything), but that would be another possibility. Again, an uncertainty on my part, but sometimes women listed as "seamstress" were actually pursuing another profession entirely - a much older one.
