I have not collected any Noble research (other that noting Janet Noble married Samuel Hopkins, b 30 Aug 1669 in New Haven Colony Ct and d c1744 in Somerset Co MD as covered in V10 Colonial Families of the Eastern Shore of Maryland) Currently I don't think this is my Hopkins line and I have taken it no further.
