    3. Hi Elaine- While I'm not familiar with your Joseph Fooks, I have been researching the Daniel Fooks & Uilanter Tindall branch of the family. Daniel's sons included William (Billy), Daniel, Jonathan, Benjamin, James, & Thomas. This family was centered in the area near Pittsville, in what is now eastern Wicomico Co.
