I've never been to the Laural Library but some libraries are giving a vertical file for local family information(history and or geneology.) The members of the DAR are encouraged to submit copies of their approved applications to this type of file. The DAR application to be accepted must have supporting documentation. While the supporting documenation is not attached if there is a contact person you could follow through with that or the DAR headquarters in Washington, DC.
