On February 21, Shirley Arnell from the Dover Family History Center will talk on the advantages of using Family History Centers and the progress on their efforts to digitalize their records collection. Ms. Arnell is a native of Idaho and has traveled the world extensively. She has worked in several Family History Centers and served as the Director of the Dover Family History Center. She is currently in charge of training the consultants and patrons for the Dover Center. The meeting will be at the Rehoboth Beach Public Library in their upstairs meeting room on February 21, beginning at 10:30 a.m. There is no charge for our programs and parking is free.
