Witneseth that on 1 June 1687 [Baron Baltimore] did grant unto Peter Parsons late of this County deceased all that parcel or tract of land called Bacon Quarter containing and late out for 200 Acres. The said Peter Parsons in his Last Will and Testament bearing date the 5th of November Anno Domini 1686 did leave and bequeath the said tract of land to his son the said John Persons Junr and his heirs forever.
