    2. Miller's Choice
    3. Sorry, Marjorie; I have no idea where he lived.  He owned quite a bit of land per his will: John Henry made his will 21 April 1781, devising to son John tract Henrys Addition to Western, Cow Quarter and Marsh Meadow; to son Francis Jenkins Henry lands in Worcester County; to son Rider Henry tract Spring Hill, tract Gillys Delight and lands in Dorchester County, Pasture Neck where Benjamin and Joseph Cox live, Henrys Addition to Pasture Neck, two lots in Vienna Town, Lots 6 and 35; to son Robert Henry tract Riders Forest, and tract lying on Chickason in Indian Town, 450 acres of Harwell, Holly Swamp, Hog Range, Addition to Holly Swamp, Security, Greens Lott purchased of John Cope; five daughters Charlotte Winder, Kiturah Henry, Dolly Henry, Nancy Henry, Sarah Henry; to Esther Mahoon who has long lived in my family; a cypress swamp called Second Choice to the sons of David Johnson who surveyed it with me; friends Henry Steele, James Morris, Charles Morris to advise family (EB1:147).     According to a biography of Gov. John Henry, son of Capt/Col. John Henry, he was born in 1750 at Weston on the Nanticoke River in Dorchester County, so his father evidently had removed from Somerset/Worcester by then.   Surely someone on the list is related to this political family and may be able to answer the question.   Becky M on the frozen Manokin ________________________________ From: marjorie adams <marjea@wildblue.net> To: lower-delmarva-roots@rootsweb.com Sent: Saturday, January 17, 2009 12:54:35 PM Subject: Re: [LDR] Capt John Henry Thanks Becky, Do you known where he lived in Somerset/Worcester?
