Marjorie,   Perhaps Capt. John Henry may be the John Henry (c1694-1781) son of Rev. John and Mary King Henry.  John Henry was a justice in 1742, served in the lower house of the Maryland Legislature from Worcester County 1744-1758, and served in the Lower House from Dorchester County in 1766.
