Marjorie, I think Mary Tingle, the dau of Hugh Tingle & Elizabeth (Powell) Tingle, married Walter Evans of Somerset Co. At the moment, I am away from my home files. But I will check in a few days and let you know what my recs say. Do you think Mary might have become a Cob through a 2nd marriage? I do recall that Hugh & Elizabeth P. Tingle had 8 children, 4 sons and 4 daus.
