Ebenezer appears to have been a grandson of John Cary, the latter having come from MD to Sussex Co., DE, on or before 1795. Helen - I'm interested in this family line but confused by your message. You seem to say that Ebenezer died in 1793 but was the grandson of a man who emigrated "on or before 1795," in other words, two years after the death of his grandson.
