    2. For some reason, there was a bunch of white space at the top of Mary Jane's email.  If you scroll down, the info is there.  :) Shari ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gwen Coleman" <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Saturday, August 21, 2010 11:24:37 AM Subject: Re: [LDR] Transcription of Family Bible Found in Milford, DE As you probably know by now the transcript did not come through......... or were you asking for a transcript?  I am interested if you have a transcript since one of my lines originated in Milford. Gwen ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mary Jane Mallonee" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, August 19, 2010 9:14 PM Subject: [LDR] Transcription of Family Bible Found in Milford, DE Inspired by Teresa Derrickson's transcribing and posting of the Parsons family Bible pages, I am posting these two family Bible record pages to the list. The Bible is not from any of my families (Mills, Shockley, Welch, Emory), but was a surprise found in the bottom of a box of fabric bought at a yard sale in Milford in 1981. It is now prized for the Bible itself by the person who bought it. The large Bible was published in Philadelphia in 1850 by John B. Perry, "Perry's New Stereotype Edition." I made color copies of the stained and faded pages of birth and death records over a year ago, and I have tried to decipher the names and dates in case they might be of interest to anyone on the list. I have placed question marks where I am not certain of the letter or word or number. I have made the entries all one line, but most were written on two lines because it was a double-column page.
