Hello Listers I am posing this question on behalf of a Bradley/Badley researcher, John Bradley, of NC. He is interested in finding a direct male descendant of Clement Bradley/Badley (c1805-1887) for a ydna study. I'm a Clement descendant, but through numerous female lines. I believe the male who will fulfill John's request will have roots in the Riverton/Mardela Springs area. Clement married first Margaret Phillips in 1824. They had son William Charles Bradley (1825-1865) who married Mary A Conley/Connelly. They had sons -- Washington J Bradley (1847-1914), -- Matthew M Bradley (1848-), -- John C Bradley (1851-1934), -- William Francis Bradley (1855-1914), -- Atlas Olin Bradley (1865-1942) and -- Severn C Bradley (1869-1932). Can anyone direct John Bradley to a male descendant of one of these six males? If anyone knows of another male descendant of Clement *who had sons*, please let John (and me) know. Jim, I have a picture of a Bradley from the Jackson family pictures from Ether Jackson Hitch and there are a number of old tintypes and pictures plus a checkbook from william jackson that has some Bradley names in it.  Checkbook is from about 1894.  If you are interested I will try to dig it out and send you a copy.
