I am trying to connect John Winder (d1698) with Joseph Venables Crockett (bc1765-1822). It's proven that John Winder's daughter, Elizabeth, married Joseph Venables. My connection is that their daughter, Elizabeth Venables married Richard Crockett (1708-1765). Their son, William (d1772) was the father of Joseph Venables Crockett. Joseph V. Crockett is named in Elizabeth Crockett's will probated 1794 as executor and heir (grandson). There was some speculation that Richard Crockett (1708-1765) married 1st Elizabeth Winder and 2nd Elizabeth Venables. Has anyone researched this connection? Thanks, Jerrod
