Roy, Yes... I bought a used one fairly cheaply on eBay. It is manual, and very cumbersome, but it works. Another option for people outside of Delmarva (like me) would be to buy the films from the Archives, and then take them to a local library that has a microfilm reader. My local library is open short hours, so that wouldn't have worked for me. My microfilm reader does not have a printer attached (that version is quite expensive), so I kept careful notes of the pages I wanted to copy.
