Hello all I am a new subsrciber to the list, my wife is the one with the good fortune to be descended from a Lovelock. Her Lovelocks are in the Hartley Row/Dogmersfield area, and have so far proved quite hard to track down.We have the following data, perhaps this will be of use to someone or maybe one of you has a missing piece, here it is: JAMES LOVELOCK b1795 Dogmersfield d 1881 Hartley Wintney. He married twice, first wife was dead by 1851, second wife MARY shown in 1881 census. WILLIAM LOVELOCK son of JAMES MARY JANE LOVELOCK b Hartley Row c1857 married JOHN FORD 14-08-1883 at Colden Common nr Winchester. Mary Jane lived at Weston Corbett in 1878 but was in service in 1881 in Britford, Wilts. Not much, but a start. Sounds like you Lovelocks are having a good time, gathering of the clan etc!
