    1. Updated Berkshire Lovelocks file

    3. Hello all, I've updated the file "Lovelocks in Berkshire by Parish" to correspond to the latest one provided by Ropbert Sterry. As usual, I've removed baptisms later than 1902 and marriages later than 1922. The complete file can be obtained on request from Robert or myself. The file is linked to Sources->Berkshire->Lovelocks in Berkshire by Parish and is also linked to the "What's New" page. Here is the description, taken from Robert's message: 10-Jan-03: Updated the file Lovelocks in Berkshire by Parish to the latest version provided by Robert Sterry This version includes all the wonderful Berkshire Lovelock marriages that John Lovelock kindly obtained from the Berkshire FHS from their latest Marriage Index into the Lovelocks in Berkshire file. Of the 162 Lovelock marriage entries, 63 were new! The combined vital records (mostly BDMs) for Lovelocks in Berkshire now represents over 80% of the approx 180 church parishes in Berkshire! A pretty impressive resource by any standard. Quite a few non-conformist records are also included. Many thanks to Robert and John for their excellent work! Following Allen's example, here are the local weather conditions in Grenoble: cold (-3 deg C) and dry but we had our first sprinkling of snow in the valley yesterday. This after several weeks of very mild weather, with temperatures as high as 19 deg C. Regards, James
