Hello Loveys I have been reading for a while now and quickly came to the conclusion that I was not part of your Lovelock branch but greatly enjoyed reading the news as it came. My father, Steve Lovelock was born in South Leyton, Essex - 1904 His father, William Lovelock was born in Stoke Newington - 1867 His father Thomas Lovelock was born in Stafford - 1843, according to the 1881 census. Does anyone in the group know of anyone researching this line? I would appreciate a pointer as I am having a difficult time finding information. Thank you. Mike Lovelock

I’m afraid I can’t help you, Mike, with respect to any research on your line. However, we are aware of the two following Census entries which provide a link between Pewsey and Staffordshire, and curiously in 1901 between Pewsey, Staffordshire and Stoke Newington. Can you provide any background?
