My interest in the Occomore family is that John (Jack) Hart served with my Grandfather, Francis (Frank) Cooper born Kingsclere, in the trenches in France. Grandfather was killed in 1916 on the Somme. After the war Jack Hart married my Grandmother, Emma Rose nee Barker born Hazely Heath. After my Grandmother's death a couple of years after they married, Jack and his mother Hannah (Alder) went to live with a daughter from his first marriage in Andover and my half-uncle Len went with him.
