    3. Hello all, I've added a new "feature" to both the LovelOck and LovelUck Web pages (in fact, for the LovelUck Web pages its not really a new feature, but an update of an existing one). It consists of a Java applet, developed by Helmut Braess, which allows one to browse a family tree in either a graphical or text form. Here's the description I included on the "What's New" pages: This program allows you to view information in the database (actually in the corresponding GEDCOM file) either in textual (list) or graphic form. The textual form includes essentially all of the available information (including notes, source references, etc.), whereas the graphic form just shows the family tree with name, year of birth and year of death (where available) for each individual. The data can be presented as either a descendent or an ancestor tree. You can switch between the different views and move around the tree dynamically. For the LovelOck Web pages, the program is available from the page Trees and Fragments -> Wilts Trees & Fragments -> (see the section "Dynamic Browsing of the Wiltshire Trees and Fragments") For the LovelUck Web pages the program is available from the page Family Tree -> Family Tree Summary (see the section "Dynamic Browsing of the Glamorgan Lovelucks Family Tree") In both cases there is a direct link from the "What's New" page. I've installed the latest version of the applet, which requires Java 1.4 or later. Let me know if you have problems, and I could add an older version which runs with previous versions of Java - however, not all of the features of the latest version will be available. There is on-line help (in English German and French - contributed by yours truly) which explains most of the features of the program, but I think its fairly intuitive. Let me know if you have any problems, and I'd also be interested to learn if you find this program useful. Regards, James
