A very Happy New Year to all! I've added to the Web site a transcript of the Will of Thomas Lovelock, gardener of Compton Bassett, Wilts, 11 Oct 1839: http://perso.numericable.fr/~lovjames/family-history/lovelock/lovelwill.htm#Thomas_Lovelock_1839 Many thanks to Chris Knight, who transcribed this Will. Those who followed the discussion of the connection between the Lyneham Line and the Nevada Lovelocks will recall that Thomas' brother Daniel (also a gardener) was the progenitor of both the Nevada Lovelocks (via his son George) and an Australian branch (via his son Daniel). This transcript has been added to the page of "Prerogative Court of Canterbury (PCC) Wills" at: http://perso.numericable.fr/~lovjames/family-history/lovelock/lovelwill.htm which includes a list of all Lovelock(e)/luck PCC Wills (compiled by Robert Sterry) some of which had already been transcribed (also by Robert). May I remind listers that digitised copies of all these Wills can be downloaded (for a small fee) from: http://www.documentsonline.nationalarchives.gov.uk/ James
