Update - Ive just accessed the page in question The figure for "1855 LOVELOCKS in 1998" is obviously inaccurate - it clearly excludes under 18s whereas the data for 1881 and 1901 include them . What they appear to have done is just taken the 1998 electoral roll , and overlooked the fact that children dont have the vote ! Please be reassured - the LOVELOCKS have in fact bred quite well over the last century , and are in no danger of extinction . Nor are they quitting Blighty in larger numbers than Smiths or Joneses Steve Tanner
