I'm pretty certain I'm related to Thomas and Sarah through their daughter, Ann, baptised 15 May 1823 in Brimpton. I believe her to be my ggg grandmother. I have her marriage certificate, which gives her father's name & occupation as Thomas, Labourer. In all her census entries between 1861 and 1901, her birthplace is given as Brimpton, and the ages that are given also fits. She married Henry White in 1848 on Dec. 25 in Thatcham. I can tell you details of their children etc. I also have both Thomas and Sarah's General Register Office death certificates, confirming the ages you have seen given for their deaths - Thomas died 20 July, 1839 at the age of 64 and Sarah died 14 March 1846. There was an inquest for Thomas' death, as he died accidentally - so perhaps that could be a route to finding out more about him. His death was not registered until January, 1840 - presumably because of the Inquest. I have searched through the Lovelock marriages on the Lovelocks in Berkshire & Hampshire pages and wondered about Thomas Lovelock of Wadhurst, Surrey and Sarah Gadsby by licence in Shaw cum Donington St Mary the Virgin on Nov 6 1813, making their first child two months before they got married. (Your suggestion does look more likely, but there may be other possibilities as well). I am struck by the age difference of Thomas and Sarah (8 years) and wonder about the possibility that this was a second marriage for Thomas. He would have been 30 when he got married if your 1805 marriage date is correct and if the the Brimpton burial information (& death certificate ages) are correct - as well as being 35 when the first Brimpton child was born in 1813.
