Adverts for them appear in The Times during the 1890's (for example 06 Feb 1893) usually as appointed liquidators. There is also a company called Messrs Lovelock, W. H. S. Whiffin and Dickinson of Coleman St, London who were appointed to be the accountants of the Imperial Institute (in London) reported in The Times on 03 July 1888. The two sets of accountants may well be linked. Hope this helps, Regards, Nigel Gerdes
