Listers, On the 'work in progress' part of the Lovelock website, Michael Lovelock is trying to trace Thomas Lovelock born Stafford (according to 1881 census) ca 1843 . Can I suggest this mobile family from the 1851 census might be worth following up? The son Thomas born ca 1840 at Tamworth, Staffordshire could be one and the same. There are so few Lovelocks in the Midlands at this time - it just might be correct. The PRs for Anslow or Newborough would be a good starting point for the marriage of Thomas and Elizabeth ca 1835 if Robert is their first child.
