Hi Brian It seems to me an awful task searching the Kinsclere area for BEL in the 1891 census. If you have the birth cert for 1882 this should give the name of the parents and place. If you have the marriage cert for 1910 you should again have name and profession of the father and abode of BEL. If you have death cert 1941 you should have date & place of birth (not nec correct). With this sort of info and access to Berks directories the ad of the father should be findable. Then we might be better placed to know where to look in the '91 census!
