Regarding newspapers Free newspapers with great search at the Library of Congress and Fulton Postcards. While the latter started as an upstate NY site, he (it's a one man show) has loads of papers from all over now. If you find local small town newspapers for your relatives' home town, they may very well be in them multiple times. Library of Congress has a specific name that someone else may remember - I'm on my way to work. It's American Heritage or??? They have all the Holt Co, Mo Sentinel from 1870 on. I found a lot of fun info. Dinner parties, wedding presents, running for political office. Had similar luck on Fulton with the Ocala, Fl newspaper. (It's not just NY!) Thumbed into my iPhone and edited by Siri the spell Czech. > On Jan 12, 2017, at 12:00 AM, lovelace-request@rootsweb.com wrote: > > Send LOVELACE mailing list submissions to > lovelace@rootsweb.com > > To subscribe or unsubscribe via the World Wide Web, visit > http://lists3.rootsweb.ancestry.com/mailman/listinfo/lovelace > or, via email, send a message with subject or body 'help' to > lovelace-request@rootsweb.com > > You can reach the person managing the list at > lovelace-owner@rootsweb.com > > When replying, please edit your Subject line so it is more specific > than "Re: Contents of LOVELACE digest..." > Today's Topics: > > 1.
